The Line Hotel

We loved the quiet location and thought this two-room boutique hotel was great value. It’s about an eight-minute drive from town, which worked perfectly for us since we had a rental car. The lake and mountain views through the picture windows are spectacular. There’s a lounge where you can relax, as well as the room where breakfast is served. Continental breakfast with scrambled eggs is included. Jocelyn was extremely nice, and she also takes care of the rooms. Highly recommended.

It’s about a 7-minute taxi ride each way to central Puerto Natales, and you’ll need to call a taxi and pay 7-9.000 CLP per ride. They recommended a great driver who was kind and dependable. We’d stay here again if we did another trek. Before setting off on our Patagonia trek, this was the perfect place to stay. It’s beautiful, serene, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff take great care of you. We loved having coffee in the reception area in the morning and watching the sunset through our bedroom window. It was perfect, well beyond what we expected.

The tenants were incredibly helpful and assisted us on our way back from Torres del Paine. The place is peaceful, cozy, and really comfortable, with beautiful decor and an astonishing view. Such a lovely spot to unwind after the W trek. Definitely our favorite hotel in Puerto Natales!

There are just two rooms here, and ours was extremely clean and stylish, with all the amenities, even controlled AC. The host was friendly and supportive, and breakfast was amazing. A 10/10 stay, easily one of the best places around.
