A nice base for Puerto Natales, with good facilities: hot water in the shared bathrooms, inexpensive laundry, and breakfast included. It's only about four blocks from downtown, though the town is so small that this is probably true of most hostels. The location is also close to erratic rock hostel/base camp hotel, where people heading for the famous W trek at Torres del Paine National Park can attend a free orientation talk. Since many visitors come to Puerto Natales for the park, that proximity is a plus.

David and Laura were so helpful and knew the area and region well. We stayed with our two young children, and the hostel was clean throughout, with really comfortable beds. Fantastic place to stay, highly recommended.

We stayed in January this year as a family group of 8, and the house worked perfectly for us. It was comfortable, the hosts were very friendly, and Laura deserves a thank-you. They also provided great breakfast supplies to get each day started. Highly recommended.
