Hostal Treehouse Patagonia

The owners were a huge help when we realized we'd made the wrong reservations for the W Trek. They managed to book it for us, as long as it wasn't already full. They also have lockers where you can leave your things safely while you're trekking. We really recommend hostel Treehouse.

Maria, the housekeeper, was so welcoming and helpful, and really friendly. It’s also a peaceful place to stay, with the most comfortable beds!

I found the rooms good quality, and getting around was easy since Puerto Natales is small enough to walk across. The location was just okay, and the value felt average next to similar places nearby. The woman with curly hair who checked me in on Feb 17th should keep her personal opinions to herself. Service could be better, though I guess you get what you pay for.

The common area is cozy, and the rooms are comfortable. The owner was friendly and accommodating. It’s a pleasant short walk to the city center, and breakfast is simple and self serve. Laundry costs a bit, and the prices are somewhat higher than other good options, though still reasonable. There may be a few couples around, but this isn't really a young backpacker kind of place.
