We found it easy to sort out transport and early breakfasts for our tour days, which was a big help. The included breakfast is simple and healthy, and when I mentioned my gluten allergy they brought me gluten-free crackers. They were also fine with me adding my own gluten-free items and extra fruit. The social area feels cozy, and the dogs are adorable. It was lovely seeing them so comfortable at home on the front porch, and knowing the hostel looks after so many of them. The rooms are cute and clean, and the location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shower temperature was a little tricky to adjust and the walls are thin, but for the price it was still great value. Definitely recommend!

We stayed here both before and after our hike, and it was just amazing. The place is cozy, clean, and well organized, with really friendly, supportive staff. Our room was great and the bed was perfectly comfortable. The burgers, other food, and drinks were tasty, generously sized, and well priced. There’s also a pool to enjoy. It’s close to everything in town. Highly recommended if you’re nearby.

The lounge is a cozy, stylish spot, and we really enjoyed the food and drinks there. My husband and I stayed at Wild Hostel on both sides of the W Trek. For the price, we were very happy with our rooms, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. They made sure we were comfortable and looked after our extra luggage while we were trekking.

The private room with its own bathroom was comfortable, though a little pricey. Still, this is a reliable place to stay in Puerto Natales, especially if you’re in town for tours. The hostel is well located, the staff are wonderful, and breakfast is very good. The shower could have stronger water pressure, and blackout curtains would do a better job of keeping outside light out.

We stopped in for a beer and a relaxed wait before heading out for the W Trek. The staff were friendly and the games were fun. We’ll stay here when we come back!
