Evelin is such a lovely person, and we're very grateful for everything. We stayed in a spotless studio apartment with a really comfortable double bed and a good shower. It had Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, an extractor fan, an electric stove and oven, a microwave, and other utensils.

The host was excellent and friendly, and I'd definitely return. The apartments are beautiful and have just the right amount of amenities. The location is great too, with a minimarket around the corner and food trucks a block away.

In 2026, the reservation was handled terribly. They accepted our booking but didn't send timely information about the deposit, the amount, or the transfer details. We heard nothing further, and when we checked again shortly before arrival, they canceled, leaving us without accommodation. Back in 2025, the rooms had no air conditioning; the units in each apartment worked only as fans.

The apartment is bright, cozy, and very well equipped. It's one block from the lake, with plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. An excellent choice for a stay in Puerto Varas.
