The owners were kind and keen to help, and breakfast tasted great. For the price, this was excellent value and a really good place to stay.

We were able to use the kitchen, which I really appreciated, and the owners were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and our whole family felt at home. There were a lot of us, and we pretty much took over the hostel, but the rooms were comfortable.

In Puerto Varas's oldest neighborhood, the owner is very friendly and breakfast is delicious. Still, the place feels expensive for the service. Our bathroom wasn't very clean, and the noise carries badly. You can hear every movement in the neighboring rooms. The owner's son lent us a phone charger, then came into our room to unplug it and take it back. That felt very unprofessional.

The hosts were fantastic and gave us a lot of help planning our itineraries and things to do. The hostel is well located, has good facilities, and serves a varied, very complete breakfast. The quality is high, yet the price is surprisingly good. We had an excellent stay in Puerto Varas.

A good location and fine if you just need somewhere to spend the night. The owner was friendly and helpful. The room was nothing special, and while the place was clean, the bathroom could have used more attention.
