The owners are very attentive to guests' comfort, and the breakfast was delicious, especially their kuchen. The place is cozy and clean, and close to the city center, buses, restaurants, and the beach. I'd definitely come back. 100% recommended.

They give tourists helpful information about the tours and destinations around Puerto Varas and the Los Lagos region. The breakfast is hearty, and the service and friendliness were excellent throughout our stay. A traditional-style hostel, highly recommended!

The bathroom was tiny, with no bidet and a very small shower, and the hostel is a few blocks from the city center. The bed was comfortable, and the service and attention were excellent.
