Katie made us a delicious breakfast, and her warm personality came with great tips for restaurants and cafés around the city. We especially loved the hot chocolate. The room was modern and cleaned every day. They also arranged an airport shuttle without any trouble and made a late-night check-in possible. Hostel Boutique Puerta Roja was a perfect start to our trip. Thanks for everything!

It was an easy walk from here to everything we wanted or needed in the city. The place felt like a wonderful oasis, clean and comfortable, and the advice for our adventures was great. If I come back to Punta Arenas, I'd only stay with you. We loved the lovely Roja Hostel: the beds, bedding and big pillows felt luxurious, and the newly renovated bedroom and bathroom were warm, very clean and finished to a high standard. Breakfast and the breakfast room were very good too. The staff went out of their way to answer our questions and help us. Well done from the Queensland Aussie girls, Karen & Cathy.

The bed felt like a cloud, especially after a long flight, and the room was clean, quiet and well equipped. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful, and a joy to chat with. We also recommend asking them to arrange an airport taxi. The driver was punctual, drove safely and had saint-like patience with my broken Spanish. A great way to begin our travels in Chile.
