We arrived to find that our paid reservation hadn't been honored. Instead, they put us at a different patio table with different chairs. We'd been waiting an hour and still hadn't been served, and the event organizers' poor service was obvious. It was sunny on Sunday, May 10th, and I'd been looking forward to coming to this restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day. Such a disappointing turn.

The changing rooms and outdoor restrooms were filthy, with ants even in the trash cans. When I raised the hygiene issue with the manager, she brushed me off, saying a large group had been there the day before, which made it sound like they don't clean every day. She also dismissively said she had never seen me before. Not recognizing a returning visitor is one thing, but ignoring basic cleanliness will cost them customers. They didn't have the full menu advertised on social media when we visited today. We also used the pool, where the entrance was very slippery, and there were no lifeguards.

There wasn't enough food for everyone during the cocktail hour, and we waited almost two hours for the main course. When it finally arrived, the food was raw and the rice alongside it wasn't fully cooked. The serving was tiny for the price. Just a bad experience.

The drinks weren't included in the menu, so you had to buy a bottle. The pork was tough, and all we got was plain rice and boiled potatoes. The event was poorly organized, and they clearly aren't equipped to handle large groups. Completely unreliable and absolutely terrible.
