We had to pay in advance for the last two days because they said nobody would be at reception on December 25th and 26th. They also threatened to move our luggage out of the room if we hadn't paid by noon. The day after we arrived, we tried to use the pool with some of our family, but were told it wasn't available. On our first night, the receptionist seemed more interested in having a party than giving us a room, and said the hotel was fully booked, so we had to come back the next day. The worst service experience ever. Never again!

The location is right in the center, and the gated perimeter gave us an extra sense of security. Parking was roomy and convenient, too. We were very happy staying at Hotel Valle Mineral and would definitely come back. The rooms were comfortable, and the place itself is lovely. The pool was great for cooling off, and breakfast was wonderful, with very pleasant, caring service from the cook. Reception staff were friendly and respectful, and answered all our questions.

The colors fit in with the surroundings and help make the place feel relaxing and pleasant. The staff were caring and attentive, and the pool was available whenever we wanted to use it. Excellent.

A restful night's sleep just wasn't possible, so the beds don't live up to expectations. The mattresses need replacing, the springs are coming out, and they should use quality pillows.
