Hostal Laskar

Bedbugs !!!!! I had to leave after just one night, covered in bites. This was still happening on April 27th. The management knew about it, but didn't seem to care. People had been reporting bedbugs for weeks, yet rooms were still being rented. I spoke with other guests who had the same problem in another room, so it seemed widespread. They still said I had to pay for the night, even though I'll have to wash all my clothes at high temperature and may have to destroy some to kill the pests. Avoid the hotel until it has been closed long enough to properly get rid of the bedbugs.

I found bed bugs at this hostel on April 5, 2018. I told the staff member there, who first wanted to charge me for the stay and then asked me not to share what had happened. I don't want other travelers to go through the misery of bed bugs. I hope conditions improve and wish the hostal well.

It's a nice hostel, though it can be hard for some people to get to sleep before 12 pm. It's a little away from the center, but since it's a small town, the walk takes about 10 minutes.

A good, basic hostel with lockers, everything you need, and good Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are very small, though, and breakfast isn't included.
