Alessandria Apart - Coronel Pereira

A good budget hotel in a prime spot.

The area felt safe, and the customer service was respectful. We were on the third floor, but for some reason couldn't get the sliding doors to close. There was also construction across the street, so weekdays were noisy. Parking was tight for our nine-passenger van. Another guest left without leaving her car key, so we couldn't move our car and had to make other arrangements. Management could remind guests to leave a key when they park in front of someone else. The hotel is near the train station.

The rooms are simple, cozy, and comfortable, with air conditioning and a small kitchenette supplied with dishes, glasses, and utensils. The hotel is just steps from Escuela Militar metro station, and the staff are really friendly. You can add a buffet breakfast with toast, ham, cheese, dulce de leche, jam, cake, jelly, cereal and milk, plus different teas and herbal infusions. Very welcoming.

The location worked really well, with cafes, restaurants, and big shopping centers close by. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast had plenty to choose from, and everyone was friendly and attentive to what we needed.
