The service really made our stay special. We spent Christmas and New Year's there with family, and when a small issue came up, the manager handled it very professionally. All the staff worked hard to make us comfortable. Everything was beautiful and clean, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was wonderful. The pools were very nice, too. Honestly, even a five-star hotel may not give you this level of service. I mean both Andes Suite and Hotel Diego de Velasquez, where the service is the same, with a breakfast buffet and daily housekeeping. I'd choose Andes Suite for a family because it has a kitchen, and the hotel for a couple. I'm so grateful to the manager and staff, and hope to come back. Hugs! 💞💞💞

I had a terrible stay and ended up renting somewhere else, so the money was wasted. The apartment was filthy when I arrived: mold on the walls, stained sheets, a dirty bathroom, and a broken refrigerator. The photos didn't reflect what was actually offered and didn't seem real. The owner also refused to refund me. If you want a clean place, look elsewhere.
