They canceled my booking just hours before I was due to arrive, saying my cards weren't valid. I asked them to show evidence of a declined transaction, but they never sent any. A woman then spoke to me disrespectfully. I'm certain my cards are valid, and I think they canceled on purpose. I had a serious problem with this accommodation, so please book somewhere else.

I agree with Alberto. After I had already found another place, they finally got in touch. I'd arrived in Santiago that day, but the host never came at the agreed check-in time, so I had to urgently find new accommodation. It caused financial strain, emotional distress, and a stressful situation for my family and me, including our two-year-old child. They also used the excuse that my valid credit cards had been rejected. It was completely disrespectful.

I stayed there in October and would never return. The apartment was old, dirty, and full of mold, and the bedding was stained, smelly, and filthy. Mrs. Bernarda, the manager, was rude and ill-mannered and never offered a solution. What they advertise on Booking.com isn't what I found. The whole stay was awful, and I could spend all day listing how bad the place was. Don't rent there.

At least the location is good. The apartment itself was in awful shape: the shower faucet was coming loose, the lamps had no bulbs so it was very dark, and the cups were badly stained with tea. There was no toaster, the microwave was filthy, the bedspreads were very worn, and the fridge was full of ice.
