The bed was comfortable and our room was spacious. The staff were friendly, too. We had a room facing the road, which could be a little noisy, so ask for one at the back if you're sensitive to that. We slept like stones, though. It had everything we expected from a three-star hotel, and we liked it enough to recommend it.

What made the stay special was how welcome we felt. Jose, Catalina, Mercedes, Fernando, Martha, and Patricia treated me like they'd known me for years. Breakfast was made to suit what I wanted, and the front desk service was extraordinary. The rooms are simple, very clean, and comfortable. It's also in a great spot near the Metro, restaurants, bars, and shops. One of those unusual city places you come across once in a while. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Providencia felt like a safe area, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Marta made a good breakfast. The only downside was that our room was a bit dark. Great hotel otherwise.

The neighborhood was nice, and the people working there were lovely and ready to help. The hotel and room are on the small side, but I mainly needed somewhere to rest between seeing the city, so it worked perfectly for me. Everything was clean.

It has a warm, family-run feel, and the staff were kind and very accommodating. Most of the employees speak only Spanish, so if you're visiting from elsewhere, be ready to practice a bit. A wonderful hotel.
