City Centro Apartamentos

The listing information wasn't fully accurate, and the apartment photos are very old. The pool information was also wrong. We booked four nights because of the pool and the amazing pool views shown in the listing, since the weather was so hot and we were there with our kids. When I asked Teresa about it on arrival, she told me it wouldn't open until December 1. Why wasn't that important detail included in the booking description? I understand if government regulations prevented the pool from opening, but they should have said so clearly. I told her we couldn't stay because the pool was the only reason we'd booked. She replied, “Who do you think you are, that we have to open the pool because of you!” We didn't stay. While we were trying to find somewhere else in the heat with two kids, she kept yelling at me. I asked her to leave me alone, but she went on in front of my husband and children, who don't speak Spanish. Booking.com should check these places and make sure the information is up to date.
