The room was clean and the interior looks pretty, and the staff were friendly. But I couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep because the mattress was rock hard. There was no top sheet, just a fitted sheet and a duvet, even in summer. Breakfast was pan molde (sandwich bread) with cheese. Parking was across the street in an apartment complex, with no hotel label.

I only went to the restaurant, I didn’t stay at the hotel. The food was excellent, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

I had a good stay in Los Leones, Santiago, Chile. The room had a TV and WiFi and was comfortable. When I arrived, the Holitel Hotel felt clean and welcoming. Thank you.
