Rooms were clean, simple, and spacious, which made sense for the low price. Payment is only in cash. It's close to the Universidad Católica metro station and some bakeries, but still quiet enough to get lots of sleep. The staff were very helpful. There are several bathrooms and showers, a bit small but with warm water. Breakfast was really complete, with coffee, milk, cereal, fruit, toast, and cookies.

It's an inexpensive hostel in a fairly central location, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. The bed linens were dirty, and it seemed like some older people lived there permanently. The eco-friendly idea is nice, but good service should still be provided to everyone.

We stayed for 3 nights and really liked the atmosphere, especially the two outdoor areas. We had to leave at 3am for our flight, and they made us breakfast then.

I'm extremely unhappy with my stay at Eco Hostel. Someone took things from my luggage, and the latch on my locker was broken off. Security was the MAIN problem. On top of that, they gave my bed to someone else two nights in a row!

We didn't stay there, but they kindly watched our backpacks for a little while. We really appreciated their friendliness, especially after another place had turned us away.
