The staff were friendly and knew their stuff, and the rooms were very well kept. The hotel is in a premium spot, within walking distance of Sky costanera. As a solo business traveler, I had some doubts before arriving, but it turned into a great experience. I requested an airport pickup, and the travel company contacted me as soon as I got to Santiago. A few small things: coffee in the room costs extra, and there's no kettle 😑. We got only one liter of complimentary water for a five-day stay. There's no body moisturizer, so bring your own. Breakfast is fine for grabbing a quick bite before heading out. I really liked the place 😌.

The room was small compared with other local hotels, and I couldn't work comfortably. The desk chair was tiny. The help desk people were okay, but the last guy made me feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not good at all.

The front desk staff were exactly what you hope for, with great service, friendliness, effort, and a can-do attitude. I'll stay again, thank you. The rooms are quaint but the bathrooms are spacious, and I loved the recirculating hot water at the fixtures. Breakfast was excellent, though the coffee could be better.

The hotel itself is lovely, and the breakfast staff are a delight. But for what we paid, I’d suggest staying somewhere else. Most of the reception staff we dealt with were unfriendly and unhelpful, even though they all speak English. One person did take the time to listen, which I appreciated. We booked through Hotels.com and were given an iPad to control the room, but everything on it was in Spanish. There was a large blind, about 4m x 5m, facing the fire stairs of another building. It suddenly opened, and in a two-storey loft-style room, a lot of light came in. Staff said they had no other penthouse room, although other rooms were available on the website, and couldn't look at fixing the blind until the next day, if it could be fixed at all. We told staff about the issue the following morning. When we got back that evening, nothing had been done, and the room hadn't been serviced either. Finally, a lovely woman at reception understood our concerns and arranged a different room. Four days later, there was scaffolding in the old room to repair the blind. The hotel declined monetary compensation for the first night. Hotels.com offered a $100 credit, which was very kind of them. The hassle just wasn't worth the money we paid.
