Skip this place. It was bad, and there are better options.

There’s very little upkeep here. The facilities are old, the mattress was bad, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Breakfast was bare-bones and had no fruit. It also felt like there wasn’t enough investment or staff trained to help tourists, especially at reception.

It was unbearably hot because the air conditioners weren’t working. At least they replaced them with units that actually cooled the room, so she wouldn’t die from the heat.

The breakfast was spectacular, and the location was good. The room itself was nice, but it had no shampoo or conditioner, there wasn’t a towel for drying the bathroom, and a lot of rooms didn’t shut properly. The reception staff were poor, though the cleaning lady was very friendly.

There’s no pool, and the night employee was unbelievably rude. For a 3-star place it’s very basic. I’d knock off two stars, and they should at least put a fan in every room.
