The room and bathroom cleaning was lacking, though not terrible, and there was no air extraction in the bathrooms. The motorized curtains were hard to operate when they worked at all. The Roku smart TVs needed support on three separate occasions. Overall, this didn't feel like five-star quality or value for money.

The location is great, but there are better hotels nearby. I've been at the Noi for four nights now, and I'm leaving this review because I can't believe how bad it's become. I stayed here some time ago and it was good, but the rooms are now old and outdated. In my room, 706, the curtain was broken when I arrived and had to be fixed. The A/C broke on the second night and needed fixing too. The bedside lamp still doesn't work. My room key keeps failing, so I have to go downstairs again and again to reactivate it. There's no way to plug my phone in at the bedside table. The gym has no towels or cups for water. The towels feel like sandpaper, they're so old and washed out. They charge $1 for each coffee capsule in the room, and this morning there were none. They hadn't replaced them, and after I called reception four times to ask for more, nobody came. The staff are nice but completely inefficient. Two stars for the staff, but the hotel itself deserves zero. I'll never stay here again.

It's a good business hotel, and its location is the best thing about it. The place is due for a refresh and remodeling.

The rooms get plenty of daylight and are roomy, though they feel a little worn and lacking in character. Breakfast was nice, but the coffee there was poor; the Lavazza in the rooms was good. Staff were very helpful and the location is excellent. The gym is tiny, and the AC is really loud.
