The manager was lovely, a joy to meet. The location is terrific for downtown and the plaza, with easy access on and off ruta 5. Breakfast is included and served in another part of the building. There’s hot water for tea and coffee, a fridge for guests’ food, and a dining room area for working or eating. The place was very clean, with plenty of hot water and more than adequate ventilation. The bathrooms have soap and shampoo, which help minimize covid and other illness. There’s indoor parking for at least 3 vehicles.

Affordable breakfasts that were delicious, and the people were kind and helpful, everything a traveler could ask for. Mrs. Mariana and Mrs. Sonia were so welcoming. A really nice place, 100% recommended. Best regards to everyone!

We stayed at the end of November and everything was great. The whole family who own the place gave excellent service and attention. Really good value, highly recommended! A big hug to our Chilean friends who always treat us wonderfully.

The parking was very good. It’s uncovered, but secure, and 20 meters from the property. Earlier this year I stayed at Andalue, a hostel 200 meters away, and the service there was terrible. That’s why I appreciated this place so much, it made a big difference. I’m from Argentina, and I stayed here with my girlfriend for a night. José at the front desk was friendly and attentive, warm and empathetic. The guy in the breakfast room was the same, with a good attitude and good vibes. Sure, the building and construction have some flaws, but we paid 45,000 ch for a hostel room. For luxury, go to the Hyatt. The human warmth and empathy make up for the weak points in the paintwork. In the end, we’re people interacting with other people.
