The excursions and hikes made full use of the national park's incredible scenery, and we loved every activity. We came back with some stunning photos that made reliving the trip even better. The guides also supplied cold drinks and snacks alongside the fresh ingredients for the lunches we made ourselves on hiking days. That was a great idea and worked perfectly for us. We spent four nights at Patagonia Camp, with three days of activities. They picked us up at Puerto Natales airport and drove us to camp, which is fairly close to the park entrance and cuts down travel time to things inside the park. Staff were always ready to help, friendly and engaging, and shared lots about Torres del Paine national park. The food was truly excellent, the best we had in all ten days in Chile. Menus changed daily, and when something wasn't to our taste, the chef happily made us something else if we asked. We've stayed in some fantastic properties around the world, and this one is a genuinely outstanding example of everything coming together. We'd return and are happy to recommend it.

The guided treks cover a great range of difficulty, with knowledgeable, experienced guides. Torres del Paine itself is wonderful for hiking. The cocktail mixologists, Nacho and Joaquin, were so good that an old body like mine could barely manage more than four nights, even with all that hiking. The beds were large and comfortable, and the views gorgeous. Food was superb, with a well-chosen set of wines included. The waiting staff were super friendly and enthusiastic without overdoing it, and the whole team was professional, approachable, and helpful. If I'm within 1000km again, I'll be back.

We had a great time on the guided hikes, and the food and drinks were delicious. The yurts are really cool, with nice bathrooms built in. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. This was one of our favorite travel experiences, and I have only positive things to say.

The excursions offer everything from easy, peaceful outings to challenging, exhilarating ones, and the guides are knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. The food is delicious, with creative preparation and presentation. The yurts are distinctive and thoughtfully fitted into the landscape. Service is finely tuned but subtle, and the staff seem to genuinely enjoy their work. Patagonia Camp has a real sense of authenticity and self-awareness that's hard to describe. Even on a short visit, expect to form meaningful connections with other guests. It's a place to recalibrate and find your center, where modesty is expected and practiced. A few practical notes: Group transfers to and from PNT airport run at set times, though you can book a private transfer for an added cost. Wind can make the yurts noisy. PC provides earplugs, but if you're sensitive to noise at night, bringing your own may help. Some longer outings, including French Valley, need ferry reservations booked months ahead. If you want the longer, harder hikes, say yes when the PC team brings up that option during payment processing.

Our family of four adults spent five nights at Patagonia Camp in December of 2025. The guides were the heart of the place: knowledgeable without being pedantic, and highly capable every time. The organizers matched outings well to our different abilities and our preference for a relaxed pace, though they can arrange harder adventures too. The view across Lago el Toro to Torres del Paine changes constantly, and we could see it from both the dining room and our yurt. Our double yurt was warm and cosy, and the bathroom was perfect. If you enjoy the hot tub, ask for Yurt 13, whose deck sits almost over the edge of the lake. Service from the guides, drivers, wait staff, and bar team was consistently exceptional. The food and drinks were just as good, and everyone was well looked after at every meal, including our vegetarian and our family member with food sensitivities. I don't know if I'll ever return to Chilean Patagonia, but if I do, I'll be staying at Patagonia Camp.
