Aroma Verde Hotel Boutique

The central location is perfect, and there’s good parking close to the hotel. Breakfast was simple but good enough, and the beds were good. The rooms are spacious too. But the room was very dirty, with dust and hair everywhere. We told the woman working there, and she said she’d clean it, but she acted like she didn’t care and was very disrespectful. When we came back, it was a little better, but still not clean. The room for our parents was worse: dust and hair all over the bathroom, and brown spots on the radiator beside the toilet. The towel bars were broken, one shower had no pressure, and there was mold in the shower with a dirty glass wall. Lots of small things were broken, and there were holes in the wall, things you can’t see in the website photos. The curtains don’t cover the windows properly, so it gets light at 6:30 in the morning.
