The team made us feel welcome, and Pilar was especially helpful with her knowledge of Valparaíso and the neighborhood. Breakfast was very good, too. Our room was downstairs without a view, but the large, private patio made it feel bright rather than below ground. We could leave the patio door open for fresh air, which was nice after a day exploring one of Valparaíso's coolest neighborhoods.

Pilar gave us great ideas for places to see, do, and eat around the city. The location also made it easy to walk to the main sights in the historic area. We spent hours on our balcony enjoying the city and water views, and the spacious, stylish room felt truly luxurious. Breakfast was delicious, as were the sparkling wine and chocolates they provided. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

Our time in Valparaiso was unforgettable, thanks to the welcome and friendly service from Karen, Pilar, and Martin. The room views were incredible, and the room was spotless. Having breakfast brought to the room was lovely, too. They went above and beyond. A great bed and breakfast style hotel!

The hotel is close to the cafes, bars, and restaurants in Cerro Alegre, and we'd happily book another stay. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a really comfortable king size bed. Breakfast arrived in the room each morning and was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
