For what it costs, it's alright. The shower in the green room barely had any pressure and wasn't working properly. The hostel manager came across as really unpleasant and unprofessional. We were told breakfast started at 8, but when we waited at the stated time, she seemed offended and argued that nobody gets up for breakfast that early...

Casa Kultour is really well placed for getting around Valparaiso on foot. I spent two days in the city and would absolutely recommend it. The owner was so kind, looked after me well, and shared great tips on places to eat and visit. The breakfast he made was a highlight, really good!

They even offer somewhere to leave your bags after checkout. The price feels fair for what's included. Nearby parking seemed secure, with a camera, and the place was clean, with good coffee and excellent service. From the moment I booked, the attention was friendly and personal, and everything went well during my stay. Five stars.

The location is the one thing I really liked. There was no hot water, the room was tiny, and the neglected patio had no lighting. I wouldn't come back.

Small space, but the location is really good. It feels like a homey hostel, and the service is top-notch. I had a great experience.
