The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the location is good.

The hostel has a beautiful view over the city, its streets, and part of the port. Service was excellent, and I loved Valparaiso. It’s only a few blocks from attractions, museums, restaurants, candy stores, ice cream shops, and more, all worth visiting. Buses and the metro are a few blocks away downtown, just downhill from the hostel toward the port. You can also find fruit markets on the streets there. Breakfast was a 10/10 :D Highly recommended if you visit Valparaiso!

It was still a nice place, and a great option for going with a group of friends. The problem was that sometimes some guys left the toilet unflushed, with turds lying around, and blocked the bathroom, then blamed us, as if foreigners were untouchable kassksk.

The atmosphere is great and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it! If I go back to Valparaiso, I'd definitely stay at Karamba Hostel.
