The staff made the stay especially lovely. Florencia, Diego, Max, Bastian, and Mauro were wonderful with us, and I imagine the rest of the team is just as attentive. We also enjoyed having activities to try without losing time to unwind and take in the property. The design is beautiful, the rooms feel comfortable and luxurious, and the food was delicious, gourmet, and plentiful.

The scenery here is incredible, and the walking tours were great. CasaMolle is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy Chile, with excellent food and customer service. Many thanks to the whole crew and team. Highly recommended!

The food was one of the highlights for us, especially the asado at lunch, which we still remember. We also found the SPA massage among the best we've had. There are plenty of included and optional activities, and the area is a wonderful part of Chile to explore. We came with our 18-month-old, who loved it, and Casa Molle worked well for us as a family as well as for couples. Though we usually like discovering new countries, this place has become an exception. We can't wait to return. A+ +. Customer service felt personal and attentive, while the staff were still warm and easy to connect with. We were surprised that most guests were Chilean, but enjoyed that cultural immersion. Many guests and employees mainly spoke Spanish, yet made sure to communicate in English so we were comfortable. Casa Molle is about 30 minutes from the airport and has only a limited number of units, so it felt peaceful and never crowded. From the moment the gates opened, it felt like arriving in paradise. The grounds were impeccably cared for, with attention to detail everywhere. My wife and I are seasoned travelers from Colorado and have stayed in luxury places around the world, so we have plenty to compare it with. This was one of our favorite retreats.

The staff were friendly, though the service didn't quite feel up to five-star standards. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lots of thoughtful design details, and the food was good for an all-inclusive.
