Maré Hotel Boutique

The staff were attentive and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and very complete. The room was clean and nicely presented, with a wonderful view. 10/10. It would be PERFECT if the rooms had air conditioning.

The pool area was immaculate, with a really pleasant atmosphere and music that was perfect for relaxing. Everything was tidy, spotless, and carefully looked after. The spaces were comfortable, and the surroundings felt peaceful, just right for resting and recharging. The staff were excellent, professional, friendly, and always attentive to anything we needed. It’s a great place to get away from the city and unwind. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone after a relaxing stay with great service and a pleasant atmosphere. ✨

The view was good, the place was nice, and the service was friendly. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. The shower was the real problem. It took at least 10 minutes for the water to heat up, then it came out either boiling hot or ice cold. In the morning I could barely shower properly or wash my hair. We were only there for one night and had booked a room with a jacuzzi, so by the time we were leaving, asking to change rooms felt pointless. When we brought it up at checkout, they said they already knew about earlier complaints with the same issue. Still, they offered no discount or solution. For the price of the night, that’s unacceptable. The hotel’s response is misleading and minimizes what happened. They didn’t fix the problem during our stay, offer a suitable room change, or compensate us, even though they acknowledged previous complaints about the same issue. Their current claim that “it was possible to change” doesn’t change the fact that they offered no solution when it mattered.

We came for our anniversary and left really happy. The staff made us feel welcome, and the room was clean, looked just like the photos, and had a lovely view. It also came with Netflix and a hairdryer. Thanks so much for everything!
