Kong Hing Guest House

The location is perfect, and we found the room stayed clean, so after a full day out we could come back and get straight into bed, once we'd changed out of our outside clothes. I booked here again, this time with my parents. It fit our family of four and lots of luggage. The AC and heater worked well, and shampoo and conditioner were provided. The one thing that could be improved is the elevator.

We paid just over 19K PHP for three people for four nights, which felt like a real steal. Finding a place that sleeps three comfortably can be hard, since other options often mean two rooms or an extra bed that isn't proper, for an added fee. Our room had enough space for us and our carry-on luggage. The bathroom doormat was replaced daily, and while fresh bath towels were available every day, we chose to change ours every two days. The location is excellent, a short walk from Mong Kok MTR and the bus stop to HKIA. Ladies Market, Sneakers Street, KFC, BestMart 360, DC Groceries, Don Donki, GU, and plenty more are practically next door. Check-in went smoothly even though we arrived late. I booked through Klook and contacted them directly, so remember to let them know in advance if you'll arrive late. A local grandpa greeted us. He didn't speak much English, but I found him easy to understand as a frequent traveler. A translator app is handy. We were on the 17th floor, with reception on the 14th. You don't hear cars outside unless the window is open, but noisy neighbors can definitely be heard. Luckily, our fellow travelers were considerate during our stay. Highly recommend this guest house! I love that the hostel is near the metro station. Misss, thank you so much for being understanding and taking care of me. I'll come back when I visit Hong Kong again.

The receptionist was so kind and gave us a bigger room since we were traveling with a toddler. It was clean, and the location made getting around easy, with the MTR and the airport bus stop close by. We had a great stay and felt it was worth the money.
