The cheerful, polite room cleaner was a bright spot, and the front desk staff were okay, if not especially pleasant. After I checked into a tiny single room, I couldn’t open the door all the way because it hit the bed, which was about 24" wide and 5 ' long and hard as a rock. The carpet was ripped and filthy, and water leaked onto it from the moldy little shower. They moved me to a bigger room the next morning for an extra cost. It was okay but still not great, with dirty, wet carpet, mold in the bathroom, and filthy windows. The room was cold, and when I asked how to turn on the heat, I was told the hotel had no heat. One of the worst hotel experiences of my extensive travel life, and a very unpleasant place to stay.

The rooms are a decent size, but the safety locker didn’t work at all. There’s no restaurant, and the shared areas outside the rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though the rooms are called non-smoking.

Men kept knocking on both my room and my friend’s, asking us about prices. We are not sex workers. That was completely inappropriate.

The main downside for our family during our October 17-22, 2025 stay was the cigarette smell. Otherwise, it was pleasant. Our rooms were clean, with fresh towels and bedding brought each day, and the reception staff were accommodating. Check-in was quick.
