The location is a real plus, with shops, restaurants and bars right outside, the subway nearby, and Victoria harbor close too. It took around 40 minutes to an hour to get here from the airport. The room and the elevator are both tiny, but everything was very clean. The staff were lovely and spoke English. It’s a basic guest house, though good value for the price and location.

We felt the stay was worth the savings compared with pricier hotels nearby. The room was clean, carpeted and had basic amenities, with fast Wi-Fi. They cleaned it each day and changed the linens when we asked. Staff were friendly and showed us to the room and facilities. The reception area was bright and smelled of clean linen. Getting up through the old lift was a little unsettling, though the place is right in the middle of TST.

The rooms are cleaned every day, which is a plus. Space is limited, and the bathroom is really small, though it was clean. You get what you pay for, so it works as a budget place for a short Hong Kong stay. Just don't expect much.

Getting around from Lee Garden was easy, and reaching it from the airport was straightforward too. The room is on the small side, which is to be expected in Hong Kong, and the location is really good. The building is older, and the elevator was out of order almost every time during our four day stay. My partner seemed to get sick while staying here, so anyone with respiratory issues might want to look elsewhere.
