It stinks, feels scary just walking in, and is a horrible dump. I lost money because I couldn't bring myself to stay in that filth. I contacted Booking.com to try to get a refund, but got nothing. It's absurd that such a piece of junk is on the Booking platform. This place shouldn't even be called a hotel.

Apart from being in Causeway Bay, nothing about this so-called hotel was normal. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all on the 9th floor. A receptionist took me to the 6th floor, where it worked so slowly I didn't see the point of going down. There was no extra power switch, and I had to carry a TV down to get a power outlet. There wasn't even half a roll of toilet paper, and the toilet couldn't be flushed. Ants were everywhere. I booked for two days, but after 12 o'clock the next day, the receptionist suddenly showed up where I was in the bathroom to say checkout had come. Later that night, some handsome young men were next door. I don't know if they were playing karaoke or something. When I called the so-called reception, nobody answered.
