Metro Winner Hotel

The top-floor rooms have a fantastic view looking out over Nathan Road, though the photos made the actual room look better than it was. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the location was good. Wi-Fi worked well too. A few things were missing or cost extra: no shaver, wardrobe, or laundry service, and each towel cost extra. Room makeup wasn't automatic. I booked two rooms, and one had a sink lower than normal.

The staff were ready to help whenever we needed them, easily five-star friendly. The hotel itself feels more like three stars, but it’s a good deal right in the busy Nathan Street area. The room and bathroom were spotless and had the basics. There’s a kettle and cups, so bring your own tea and coffee, and there’s no fridge. Still a good place to stay for the price and location in Hong Kong.

Getting a roomy hotel in Hong Kong can be difficult, but this one was wider than I expected. It’s clean, has most of the amenities, and is close to the MRT and bus stops. Just keep in mind that “wide enough” is the expectation here, not a huge room.

The rooms are spacious and the location is worth five stars. Staff looked handsome, though they didn’t smile much haha. Please don’t mind that last bit. It’s a good hotel in HK, and I’d highly recommend it.
