Noble Park Hotel

Please stay away. It was freezing in January, there was no heating, and turning it up did nothing. The room key didn't work, and we found out the room simply wouldn't lock. The staff member couldn't fix it, so I had to sleep without a working lock. I felt completely unsafe. The bathroom was tiny, the disposable towels really upset me, and the carpet was disgusting. The entrance didn't even have a proper door, just plastic strips. I felt like I was going to turn into a popsicle. This place sucked and felt like a scam. Please don't fall for it.

Good price, location, and hygiene, though the rooms are a little small and the AC runs cold. The smart TV was nice, but I didn't like the disposable towels. The toilet seat wouldn't stay upright. Note that checkout is at 11am.

I'd give it zero out of five if I could. The bathroom drain was nearly blocked and almost flooded during my shower. The room was filthy, with heavy mold and a huge amount of dust under the bed. It felt like a real health risk and looked nothing like the advertised photos. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

I couldn't stay here at all, even though I'd paid in full. Around 2:00am, exhausted after landing that day, I had to leave and find somewhere else. It caused a lot of stress and anxiety. Management offered no real help, accountability, or compensation. The room wasn't fit to stay in. Its shower drain was almost completely blocked, so the bathroom nearly flooded and I couldn't shower properly after a long international flight. The towels were disposable, paper-like ones, completely unacceptable for a hotel, especially for several nights. There was mold in the room, and under the bed was thick with dust and debris, a serious hygiene and health hazard. The condition was nothing like the photos and descriptions on Agoda and Booking.com, which I found misleading. When I raised the problems, I was told I'd have to pay extra to change rooms, although these were clearly the hotel's fault. The alleged upgraded room they moved me to had a broken door lock, another serious safety concern. I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel. It's misrepresented, poorly maintained, and managed without regard for guests' wellbeing.
