Weave Studios - Sai Ying Pun

We ended up booking another hotel elsewhere so we could enjoy our HK trip. There were too many rules, and staying here felt like being a student with too many expectations. We were knocked on multiple times over a TV that was barely audible, and we couldn't hear it in our room. How could it be bothering someone in another room? Why have a TV if we can't use it because you say it's loud? The location isn't ideal, since it's still far from the center, though being near the mtr makes it workable. The elevator is confusing, as if they had copied the interchange station setup into the building.

Getting around is convenient, with bus and subway stations very close by. The apartment service is very good, and repairs are handled especially quickly after you report them. I'm very satisfied overall.

Staff service was poor, and the room didn't match what I expected from the website description. I've stayed in this same room type twice, but this time it felt noticeably smaller. The showerhead was faulty and sprayed water everywhere, and the wooden cabinet door by the refrigerator was loose.

We stayed short term at two Weave studios, Sai Yung Pin and Tai Kok Tsui, while visiting Hong Kong. Both the room and the common areas were clean and modern. The locations were great, close to MTR stations, local restaurants, and grocery shops, so getting around was convenient. The cleaning ladies and door security were friendly, especially Yun. Katherine from the service team was super helpful when we couldn't complete payment online and needed to arrange a very late check-in. The rooftop has a lovely view, and having laundry facilities in the building was convenient. Next time we're in HK, we'd definitely stay with Weave again. For a similar price, it was a much nicer experience than a hotel.
