For 30-35 euros a night in Hong Kong, I suppose this is about what you get. The room was a bit bigger than a closet, with its own shower and toilet, but no window. The bathroom was nicely done and didn't look run down. The location was good.

The room was clean, and Temple Street and Mak's Noodle were close by. The check-in instructions were confusing: after booking through Agoda, I went to the 6th floor, only to find I actually had to go to the 14th floor and look for Victor's house guest house. The receptionist was terrible.

The building is old, but the owners keep things clean. Rooms are small, though fine for a few days. The location worked well for the metro and shops, and I found it listed with An Tai Guest House. It'd help if they spoke a little more English. I still don't know why the place has two names.
