There are no facilities, and finding the place is difficult since there's no signage. This is a guest house, not a hotel, and it has no right to call itself one. The rooms are extremely small, Japan-sized or even smaller. The whole building feels like a construction site, with concrete dust and bags of debris filling the hallways. Shocking is the word that comes to mind.

I haven't gone inside, but the building itself is really interesting...

Rooms are small but clean, and the metro is close by.
