iclub To Kwa Wan Hotel (formerly iclub Ma Tau Wai Hotel)

The only real bother was water getting onto the floor after a shower because the glass door doesn’t close properly. There also aren’t many outlets away from the desk. Otherwise, iClub hotels are good value. This one was clean, had nice towels, and helpful staff. There’s free morning coffee and a bun in the breakfast area, plus an HDMI socket at the desk. The gym is very basic, just a treadmill and a few weights, and oddly enough it’s outdoors. I’d recommend it or stay at another iClub branch.

We stayed at iClub To Kwa Wan from 1 to 18 April 2026 and had a positive experience. The hotel, its facilities and our room were clean and tidy, with housekeeping keeping everything that way each day. A big thank you to the housekeeping team. Everyone we met was professional, courteous and helpful, and we were grateful for their assistance and service. Thanks again to all the staff at iClub To Kwa Wan.

The double bed was just two single beds pushed together, and the room smelled toxic, with strange stains. There were insects on the sheets and my whole body was itchy. The curtains were so badly designed that morning light made it impossible to sleep, and there wasn’t even a toothbrush. The photos online are misleading. Total scam, high price, worst hotel ever.

The lobby was bright and welcoming, and when we arrived a staff member noticed I was struggling with my suitcase, which the airline had damaged, and came to help. The rooms are compact but thoughtfully laid out, with comfortable beds, strong air conditioning and modern bathrooms. They work for a city trip when you’re out most of the day. Nearby supermarkets, local eateries and convenience stores are handy, though the price feels high for what you get. Our double room and triple room were both very small, especially the triple, where we had to climb over one bed to reach the other. There was a connecting door, and soon after we arrived we got a call saying the neighbours had complained about noise. It didn’t seem louder than a typical family with kids, but the connecting door may not block sound well. Our children have autism and ADHD and need to feel safe speaking and communicating with us. They shouldn’t have to worry that someone will complain.
