For an economy price, the rest is fine if you’re okay with a small room, an old apartment building, and a small lift.

The hotel staff were really kind, and the rooms had been cleaned well even though the building is old. One entrance stays open until midnight, while another is open 24 hours, but the elevators get very crowded. It was a great way to get a taste of Hong Kong.
I’d stayed here before, and after a miserable first night at a smoking hostel that was so dirty I nearly got sick, I came back around noon and asked if I could check in early. I gave up the other two nights. Here, the sheets, toilet, room, and hostess were all clean, and the staff were friendly. I could smoke in the hallway too. I should have stayed here from the start.
The manager was quite nice, and the location on the 12th floor, room 1205 of the Sincere Building, makes shopping, the subway, and nearby buses very convenient. It’s relatively affordable for the area, though cleanliness could be better. After I checked in, I found someone’s used toothbrush on the drainpipe under the sink and a clothes hanger plugged straight into the ceiling. I had a windowless single room, and it felt quite damp. There were power adapters in the room.
The attitude was awful, and they were impatient.
