The location worked really well for us, near MTR Tsim TSa Tsui and the shuttle bus, and the staff helped us when our booking was for the wrong day. They offered early check-in, or suggested waiting at MCdonals for a while, and they spoke English very well. Our towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned, so we'd book again. We stayed five nights. The staff smiled when we saw them, though it didn't feel sincere. Arriving around 3/2am was unsettling. The lift for our hotel wasn't working, so with big luggage we had to go to the 4th floor first and then down to the 3th. There was no staff at the door, just a phone; after we called, someone came to check us in manually.

Our reservation was for October 3-6, 2020, but Cebu Pacific airfare cancelled our flight because of the covid-19 pandemic, so I had to cancel the hotel too. When I booked, it said “free cancellation,” which is why I chose your hotel, but now the booking is non-refundable. Nobody could have expected this pandemic, and with our flight cancelled, how are we supposed to travel? I hope management will consider this kind of request for future customers and their feedback. I'm still hoping you'll make an exception. Please feel free to contact me. Thank you!

There's not much room, but it's extremely clean, tidy, and comfortable. Convenient store, MTR, and bus stop are nearby, and Avenue Star is really close.

A cheap place to stay in a good location. The room was OK. Main office is on the 3rd floor, and there's an elevator inside the building.
