We left after just one night and had to find another place. We expected a small space, but not somewhere that felt unsafe and unhygienic. The setting felt sketchy, and a woman wouldn't be comfortable walking alone. NOT FOR FAMILY AND GROUP OF GIRLS. The staff member wasn't properly dressed, in a spaghetti strap and mini skirt. The room was very dirty: there was a used sheet on the bed when we arrived, and when we asked to change it and the pillowcases, the staff member said she was already tired. There was hair on the sink and walls. The private bathroom was tiny, and I joked to my friend that you'd have to sit on the toilet bowl to shower. The bidet was the same as the shower head. There was no double lock, so we put our luggage behind the door to stop anyone coming in. The actual room also looked different from the photos on Agoda.

We were five adults, staying with family from May 20 - 23, 2018. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and even after checkout they let us leave our bags until it was time to go to the airport. The price was very reasonable. This is a simple, no-frills room meant for sleeping. It was very clean and had hot water and WIFI. The TV wasn't calibrated, but we were out most of the time and didn't need it. The hair dryer didn't work. I'd definitely stay here again when we visit Hong Kong.

Jojo the manager is so helpful and accommodating. Whenever we needed something, he was there with his magic box, and I don't think he even sleeps! The room was comfy and very clean. Everything was pristinely white and smelled nice. If you want a home far from home, I highly recommend this place and Euro Asia guest house. The customer service is just what you need as a tourist!

The rooms were clean and the TST location is great. Getting into the old building felt a little unsettling, though. I wouldn't book here if I were a woman traveling alone.
