I've been living here for almost a year, so here's a little reference for anyone coming to study or work abroad. The shared area is comfortable enough to sit and chat, and the staff handled my complaint with a good attitude. I found the room layout practical for arranging furniture. I'd looked at other places that were even smaller, more expensive, or farther from the MTR and bus stops.

Really good service, and the MK MTR is only about a minute away on foot.

I wouldn't recommend it. The management is terrible and the property quality is poor.

What is going on with this rubbish management company?
10/10
A sudden renovation at home meant I needed somewhere to stay for a short while. I hadn't managed to arrange things like laundry or cooking facilities in time, but the on-site staff were patient and helpful. They helped get everything sorted quickly so I could move in. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was handy, two minutes from the subway. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores downstairs.
