Taj Super Deluxe

My mother and I were worried about our safety, so we booked another hotel and gave up the booking at Taj Super Deluxe. Don't be taken in by the name. When we arrived, another group of tourists was also planning to abandon their booking and money and find somewhere else to stay. Safety comes first.

This is definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've been to plenty of hotels, but this one really sticks in my memory. Years from now, I'll still be bringing it up with friends over a few beers. Wish I'd taken pictures.

Customer service was awful. If you're a tourist in hongkong, as you're likely to be if you're booking a hotel, they'll refuse anyone with amber code. They try to scam you, so beware. The owner was rude, aggressive, and provocative. He made us wait 20 minutes outside his door while he finished lunch, then opened it and asked, 'what do you want ?' This happened to us. Please don't book here.

The owner cancelled my room. I then booked a rambler hotel through agoda for 200 HKD a night. rambler hotel costs a little, little bit more, but you get good water, a good air conditioner, decent linen to sleep on, and your towel is changed every day. Save your money and time, and protect your family by not booking this hotel.
