The power went out for hours with no warning, and there was no hot water. Our king suite didn’t look like the photos, the room had roaches, and it seemed poorly maintained. Staff were loud at 6am, and the person at reception spent the whole time lying on the couch and giving us dirty looks. The staff didn’t seem very professional and showed no regard for guests. It was a bad stay, and I’m never coming back to this area.

The shower in my first room was broken and kept running, so I moved rooms. There wasn’t another room available after that, though, when the air conditioner started leaking, and they brought me towels instead. The refrigerator also didn’t work, and there was no hot water. Keep these issues in mind when picking a hotel.

The views are really nice for an evening with your partner, and I slept very comfortably. Great hotel, with very good attention and customer service.
