I had a good experience overall. The rooms were clean, though the mattresses felt a bit too soft. There's a place for breakfast just a one-minute walk away. Downtown is about a 30-minute walk, or a taxi for 5 pesos can take you almost anywhere.

The staff were accommodating, and I was able to get a restful night's sleep. It may be a 5 star hotel, but a good night's rest was still possible.

I think the products are good, and I'm grateful they eventually sold me some soup. I was on a diet and could only have liquids, but I had to beg for it. Even someone who comes in only to ask a question should matter to them as a possible future customer.

The price was reasonable, and the rooms were comfortable. We were well looked after, with great service, and the hotel is in a handy spot with everything we needed nearby. Just be aware that there's only one parking bay right in front, although other parking options are close by.
