The hotel is well located where five roads meet, and the area felt both quiet and safe. Nearby, Itamar Restaurante Peruano is about a 2-minute walk, D1 and Olimpica are each around 7 minutes away, and Galeria 72 Barranquilla, with souvenirs, is about 14 minutes away. There are lots of plants around the hotel, plus a little pool with goldfish and a piano by the entrance. The lobby is spacious, and the marble floors have the hotel logo. It has two elevators, including a beautiful one with natural plants. The building and rooms are accessible. There’s a restaurant, and you can also order room service. My room was roomy and had air conditioning, a hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, safe, table, chair, fast internet, and a shower. The bathroom came with toiletries and towels, and housekeeping cleaned daily. The pool has separate areas for children and adults, with a comfortable lounger area nearby. The hotel is thoughtfully designed, and the service has a charming, calm feel and is consistently excellent. Breakfast had hot food, fruit, and coffee, with generous amounts in each section. There was plenty of fruit, including Colombian fruit and bananas, as well as freshly squeezed juice, several cheeses including feta, coffee, and hot chocolate. The hot options included stewed chicken, Colombian rice, an omelet, and pastries such as Colombian pies.

The hotel feels calm and safe, and the price is reasonable. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend checking it out. There are plenty of restaurants within three blocks, and several major banks within two. A central shopping center is also just a two-block walk, with food courts, ice cream, coffee, and a supermarket. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little dated, but maintained well enough. Staff were attentive to requests and glad to help. They’re very friendly, and there’s an on-site restaurant serving delicious food.

Really central, and the pool area was great. We even hosted a small family get-together there. Definitely recommend it!

We only stayed a couple of nights, but there were parties or events on the hotel's third floor for half of them, with loud music going late and making it hard to sleep. Our room was a bit smelly, and the beds felt quite small for Europeans. It was 32 degrees outside, but the water in the room kept getting hotter and there was no way to stop it. I’m not sure why it’s called an “international” hotel when only two people at reception spoke English. It was an okay stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
