I booked directly with them, and it was good value for money. The place was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and it's close to places of interest.

It was a mixed experience. The receptionists were very friendly, greeted us, and cleaned the room when we arrived. But there was no window, and mosquitoes kept biting us. We had no blankets, the room was damp, and the shower tap was in terrible shape, with mold and a bad smell. We couldn't shower during our stay.

The two receptionists were wonderful, treated me incredibly well, and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel is a beautiful historical landmark. It's not a five-star hotel, but it deserves the rating. The room gets 10/10 from me: I don't need a window, and mosquitoes are normal in such a humid city. Everything was superb, including the excellent organization, TV, lovely bathroom, and bed. Location is 10/10 too, perfect for a quick bite at Oxxo.
