The staff were nice and quick, and breakfast was good. They were flexible about the timing, and the rooftop is a pleasant spot to relax. There's unlimited coffee, too. Still, the rooms have no windows, and the bed was hard as a rock. My knees got much worse after just two days. If humidity aggravates your health problems, don't book here. The internet also cuts out sometimes, and there's not much open nearby after 7 pm.

I didn't feel safe or comfortable. There were lots of homeless people around, trash, and the area was generally very dirty. I also saw a cockroach in the restaurant while I was having breakfast, and the TV didn't work.

On February 21, 2024, I was staying at this hotel when a clothing store on the first floor caught fire around noon. There was no fire alarm, and nobody from the hotel told guests to evacuate. The staff left the building while guests were still inside. At 2 in the morning, I was choking on smoke and got out as best I could, not knowing what was happening. Outside my room, another man who was leaving told me we had to evacuate because of the fire. A policeman who arrived said he'd asked the waitress to let him in to warn the guests, but she told him he couldn't go from the lobby to the second floor. More than 30 people's lives were put at risk, and all the floors were full of smoke. This should be punished. I hope someone holds these irresponsible people accountable. I don't recommend this hotel, and more than 30 guests said they would never return. I'm leaving photos and videos.
