They charged us extra because we're travelers, and the air conditioner didn't work. The showers were in bad shape and there was no hot water. The repair service they said they'd send never showed up. They also gave us the wrong time for the supposedly free breakfast. I could go on about how unpleasant this stay was. I'd never come back.

It's a simple place with the basics, and it was very clean. We had AC in the room, and breakfast in the morning was good. The beds were very firm, though. Fine for a quick stay.

There's an in-house restaurant with a talented chef who makes a variety of creations. The hotel sits in a very quiet area, but food and shopping are nearby. It feels like a good middle ground between a full hotel and an apartment.

The people here are incredibly nice. I hadn't changed my money into pesos yet and didn't have cash for a cab, but an employee lent me the fare even though she didn't have to. They clean the room every day, and the staff are so friendly. I don't speak any Spanish, but they made sure I understood them. Breakfast was on point and free, too.

The location is great, close to popular restaurants and bars. The beds aren't very comfortable, though. Given the price, you might want to bring your own pillow.
